Playboy Playmate Tonja Christensen is a willowy yet curvaceous blonde stunner whose waifish good looks landed her in the magazine's pages in 1991. Tonja was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 3, 1971, and she grew up in the Mormon bastion. She always had a bit of a rebellious streak, so when she graduated from high school Tonja jumped at the chance to move away from Salt Lake.
She ended up in Southern California, where she planned to pursue acting and modeling. Her acting career never did really get off the ground, but the breathtaking 34-23-34 curves she packed onto her 5'7" frame gave her a leg up, so to speak, in modeling. Tonja submitted some test pics to Playboy and was instantly contacted about appearing in a centerfold. She was named Miss November 1991.
Tonja followed up her pictorial with a string of modeling gigs, but she never did catch on in the acting world. After a few years living it up as a Playmate at various promotions and parties, Tonja eased her way out of the entertainment scene. In her Playmate bio, Tonja said that one of her goals was to study psychology, and we imagine that's just what she ended up doing. Where ever she is now, we wish her nothing but the best.
