Playboy Playmate Ava Fabian is a statuesque stunner who has parlayed her stint with the magazine into a lengthy acting and modeling career. Born in Rochester, New York on April 4, 1962, Ava moved out west in her early twenties in pursuit of Hollywood stardom. She quickly found work as a model -- her lean, 36-24-34 curves certainly didn't hurt matters! Ava combined a strikingly pretty, high-cheekboned face with her tight curves, making her an irresistible enticement to any camera in the vicinity. Ava was named Miss August in 1987, and she quickly made the most of her centerfold status. She started landing small parts in all kinds of films, from the Tom Hanks vehicle 'Dragnet' to the b-movie romp 'Lobster Man From Mars.' Perhaps her best-known role was as Roxy Carmichael in the 1990 Winona Ryder flick 'Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael.' She also had brief turns in the cult flick 'Auntie Lee's Meat Pies' and the sexy romp 'Ski School.' She also found her way onto plenty of TV sets, winning small parts in shows such as 'Married with Children.' In 1994, she landed a recurring role as Jacqueline Stone in the sexy thriller 'Erotic Confessions,' and she continued lighting up the screen in that role for several years. Recently, Ava's been seen in a few TV shows, including 'The Drew Carey Show' and 'Three Sisters.' She's also had the honor of being the subject of a 14" collectible Playboy figurine, a buxom little action figure that's a fitting tribute to one of the industry's living dolls. Ava Fabian continues to be a popular model and actress, looking every bit as alluring today as when she first stepped into the pages of Playboy back in the late 80s.
