A bar along the Spanish Catalonian coast is offering a little something extra to make happy hour a bit happier. When bar patrons ante up for a $7 cup o’ spirits, they will also be on the receiving end of a French kiss. The bar has four specially-designated waitresses and one waiter to handle the lip-lock duties. Never fear, though, the guys and gals dispensing the smooches will be able to refuse service to anyone they deem “not in good condition.” In addition, the customers’ hands will be cuffed to prevent them from wandering during happy hour.
