Playboy Playmate Renee Tenison is a startlingly beautiful African-American stunner who blazed her way through the mag's pages in the late 80s. Renee was born on December 2, 1968, one of a set of identical twins. Her mother didn't expect twins, but went into labor again twenty minutes after Renee was born, eventually giving birth to her sister Rosie. The girls grew up in sleepy Caldwell, Idaho, a country town where the gals loved romping around outdoors. With three older brothers, the gals became tomboys, climbing trees and such with wild abandon. Just before the gals started high school, their family moved from the farm. Once in a bigger city, the gals took some time to adjust, and they were definitely not the most popular gals in school. After graduating, Renee was living with her fiance when he suggested that she send in some test pics to Playboy. She decided she might as well try it, and as soon as the pics of her luscious 36-23-32 figure hit the editors' desks, Renee was on her way to centerfold stardom. She was named Miss November 1989, then followed that up by becoming the 1990 Playmate of the Year, the first African-American to win the title. Renee invited her twin sister to move down to Southern California with her, and the pair have been working as models and actresses ever since. Renee has landed lots of TV roles, including small parts on such screen gems as 'Married With Children,' 'Living Single,' 'Malcolm & Eddie' and 'The Parkers.' She's also landed a handful of movie cameos, including stints in 'CB4' and 'Nutty Professor II.' Renee also had a recurring role on the short-lived TV series 'L.A. Heat.' Renee continues to live and work in L.A. She and her sister are among the hottest sibling modeling acts around, and Renee was voted one of the Ten Sexiest Women of 2001 by Black Men Magazine. We couldn't agree more.
