The Philogynist's Rating:

Starring: Melanie Moore(always sexy), Crystal Wilder, Lacy Rose, Brittany O'Connell, Rebecca Bardeaux, Sierra and Nicole London. The acting was above par for a porno, which heightened the sexuality in conjunction with the intelligent, witty script. Melanie and Crystal are almost always a delight and the others put on a very professional and arousing display. Lacy Rose was entertaining, but she was either in the throes of some mighty stimulating orgasms or she hams it up more than your average silent movie star.

First rate. The scenes switch from flashbacks to the present inside a jury room where the ladies are deliberating a civil case. Some find the male defendant at fault, others think the female plaintiff does not have a legitimate claim. The direction was well paced but this still will not remind anyone of "Twelve Angry Men".

Excellent. Three of the scenes are flashbacks where the ladies play out the night in question, being both the man and woman. Crystal, Rebecca and Sierra are dressed in the same suit and once undressed have on the same red boxers. Their strap-ons are underneath with only the rubber dick sticking out to help maintain the illusion. The man's role is the seducer and the unusual setting is quite provocative. Luckily, the beautiful faces, shapely legs and luscious breasts never let you forget their girl/girl scenes. There's also two straight out lesbian couplings, one in a sequestered hotel room with a rather amorous Melanie Moore. (She is sooooo fine. )

Despite the story always being secondary to the sex, though it can obviously boost the level of enjoyment, the script and acting were very enjoyable. Most of the ladies are lookers and all the femme roles are enticingly adorned. They look good in their businesswomen suits as well. I also liked how the seven seemed to have their characters' personalities developed, at least more than most adult fare. Also, I could not stop salivating at every shot of Melanie.

By the third scene of a woman pretending to be a man, I was more than done with the experience. (What saved the day was the fact the disguised gal was Crystal Wilder and she took on two lovely dames. )

Begrudgingly, I have to say this film earns the right to be tagged a classic. (Porno classic? Seems odd. ) I enjoyed it immensely and I give a whopping 9. 5, though with one more scene involving Crystal and Melanie, an automatic 10.
